What a gem! We could see the ocean and hear the waves crashing from this beautiful gem of a place! So clean! Wonderful bed, fluffy towels, everything you need to cook, and a fantastic shower! The decorations are so charming! Francis was very kind and responsive to us! Would absolutely love to stay here again! So much to do and the beach is right out the front door - you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend

The place was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures. The space and amenities were very well thought out to anticipate what guests would want/need. Very good utilization of a small space. Location could not be more perfect especially if you’re looking to make use of the marriot/cavalier resort area which is in walking distance.

If you would like to visit the beach and need a place to stay this is the place you want to stay at! Good food places in the area, multiple stores not too far away and it’s a beautiful home!

It was a great place to stay. I would go again maybe one spring or summer. I loved the view and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. I went for Christmas but even in winter Virginia Beach is beautiful. I saw dolfins. Bonus!

You won’t be disappointed with this rental. You are on the beach, close to everything, and staying in an immaculate studio condo. The host was extremely responsive. And a notable plus, you can see your car from the condo. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here while house hunting for our future move. Frances’ condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The building was easy to find and we were able to get right in. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around, the beach is right around the corner, and there’s a gas station within walking distance as well! You do get a little bit of the street noise but it’s not a bother, we actually enjoyed people watching from the window! The laundry room is right next door and we were able to wash our clothes before heading home. Everything is perfectly clean and stocked! We had a little trouble with the door lock but Frances was quick with her response and got everything taken care of as soon as she could. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again!

My sister and I stayed at Jessica’s place for a month and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was even more spacious than we expected, super comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly—which made a big difference during the warmer days. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the beach, in a quiet and safe area with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Communication with Jessica was excellent—she was always responsive and helpful. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
